Are you a motivated individual who keeps materials moving, supports production, and helps a team stay on schedule? We’re looking for a Hilo Driver to join our Holland, MI team. In this role you’ll be responsible for supplying operations with the right parts, moving finished work to the next step, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operate a Hilo to transport materials to and from production lines, ensuring a steady workflow.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, following proper lifting techniques.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks as needed, including verifying loads and updating inventory records.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, production staff, and warehouse team members.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

- Prior experience operating a Hilo or similar equipment in a production/warehouse setting (required).
- Experience in production support, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse work (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Skills

- Proven ability to supply operations with necessary materials and keep production on schedule.
- Safe and efficient loading/unloading of trucks.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and team members.
- Organizational ability to manage storage, handle materials, and update inventory systems.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and supporting production deadlines.
