Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpet, Duct & Restoration Technician to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, air duct cleaning, and restoration services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains a professional attitude on every job site while ensuring services are completed safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, air duct cleaning, and restoration services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and maintains a professional attitude on every job site while ensuring services are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
● Perform carpet, rug, upholstery, tile, and air duct cleaning services
● Respond to water, fire, and mold restoration projects including extraction, drying, demolition, and basic repairs
● Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
● Inspect job sites and determine appropriate cleaning and restoration methods
● Operate and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment and service vehicles
● Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, and recommendations
● Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on job sites
● Assist team members as needed to complete projects on schedule

Key Qualifications
● Previous carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, or restoration experience preferred (IICRC certification a plus)
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
● Excellent customer service and communication skills
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
● Ability to work independently and follow instructions
● Previous carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, or restoration experience preferred (IICRC certification a plus)
