Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and emails
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalate queries and concerns
- Troubleshoot common complaints or issues
- Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Follow up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Outgoing, friendly, and helpful
- Great communication skills– verbal and written
- Experience with basic computer programs
