is hiring for a
1st shift CNC Gun Drill Operator

Qualifications:
- Experience with
Fanuc
and
Heidenhain
control systems
- Ability to set up parts and operate CNC gun drill machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in a long-term manufacturing or machine shop setting preferred
Skills:
- Set up and operate
IMSA
and
Tarus CNC Gun Drill
machines to perform boring, reaming, milling, and countersinking on aluminum or steel
- Create programs using
VISI CAM software
to produce high-quality machined parts
- Perform accurate measurements using micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
- Monitor tooling condition and replace worn or damaged tools as needed
- Maintain and calibrate machinery and ensure preventative maintenance is completed
- Communicate job progress and schedules with team members and supervisors
As a
CNC Gun Drill Operator
, you’ll work on complex parts with high accuracy requirements in a collaborative shop environment. You’ll be responsible for both operating and programming gun drilling machines, reading part prints, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the team’s production goals. This is
