Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing or job shop environment
- Comfortable setting up machines, changing tools, and dialing in parts
- Capable of working independently and staying focused in a fast-paced setting
Skills:
- Strong understanding of lathe operations, tool offsets, and part finishing
- Proficient in using micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers to inspect parts
- Ability to make minor edits to programs and maintain tight tolerances
- Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
As a CNC Lathe Operator
