Job Summary
Gaudy is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist with hands-on experience operating a Haas ST-30Y. You'll set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathe equipment to produce precision parts while meeting quality and production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist, your core responsibilities will include:
● Set up and operate Haas ST-30Y CNC lathe machines
● Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
● Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling
● Make tool offsets and minor program edits at the machine
● Monitor machine performance and part quality
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of CNC lathe experience, specifically on Haas ST-30Y or similar Y-axis lathes Required
● Strong understanding of CNC setup and operation
● Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
● Experience with precision measuring tools
● Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds
