Job Summary
Are you a mechanically inclined, dependable individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Whitmore Lake, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production operations, helping us maintain high-quality standards and ensure parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operate CNC Machines: Run a variety of CNC machines (training provided) to produce high-quality parts that meet specifications.
- Assemble and Inspect Parts: Ensure each component meets accuracy and quality standards before moving to the next production stage.
- Follow Work Instructions: Read and adhere to detailed instructions to maintain consistency and precision in production.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to all safety protocols, and meet daily production goals with both speed and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a basic math test
- Must be able to lift, pull, and move up to 40 lbs
- Excellent attendance and dependability

- Attention to Detail: Critical for producing parts that meet quality standards and following instructions closely.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand and operate CNC machines efficiently, ensuring smooth production.
- Teamwork and Reliability: Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining consistent, dependable work performance.
