Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Spring
Lake, MI. In this role, you will develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to support
efficient production while maintaining high quality standards. This position plays a key role
in ensuring machining operations run smoothly, safely, and accurately.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Programmer, your core responsibilities will include:
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, or other machining
equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to develop
machining processes
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
• Work closely with machinists and production teams to troubleshoot and improve
machining processes
• Perform program testing and adjustments to ensure part accuracy and quality
In addition, you will also be expected to support continuous improvement efforts and
maintain organized program documentation.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
• 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and blueprint interpretation
Skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Mill Operator to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specifications while maintaining production efficiency and safety standards.
What You'll Be DoingAs a CNC Mill Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Load and unload materials and finished parts from machines.
Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and measurements.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
In addition, you will be expected to assist with general production tasks and communicate any quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience operating CNC mills is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
Skills:
Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring tools.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
