We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our production operations, helping to keep workflows running efficiently and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include: Deburring and Assembly: Use small hand tools to deburr parts and perform detailed and light assembly work. Pressure Testing: Conduct pressure tests on products with a focus on accuracy and safety. Work Area Maintenance: Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace. In addition, you will also be expected to assist other departments, support production goals, and adapt to a variety of manufacturing tasks as needed. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications:Previous experience in operating a CNC Milling and turning machine Ability to use small hand tools for detailed assembly Must be able to perform offsets, but programming is not required Capable of performing pressure testing safely and accurately High school diploma or GED preferred Skills:Teamwork: Works well with others and supports multiple tasks as needed.
