Location: Whitehall, MI Pay: $18+/hour
Job Summary
Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow your skills in CNC machining? We're seeking a motivated CNC
Operator to join our team in Whitehall, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operation or
CNC experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a
positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
• Operate CNC machinery to produce quality parts according to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts from machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and proper measurements.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
In addition, you will be expected to follow work instructions, learn new processes, and assist with other production tasks
as needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Previous CNC or machine operation experience required.
• Willingness to learn CNC operations and develop new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be trained.
• Basic measuring skills and ability to use measuring tools.
• Dependability, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
