Qualifications:
- Previous CNC turning and milling experience required
- Must be able to perform offsets but programming is not required
- Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages
Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong Math skills
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
As a CNC Turning and Milling Operator, not only will you be responsible for running CNC equipment and performing offsets, but you’ll also complete inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy. Depending on business needs, duties may also include reviewing process sheets, adjusting tooling, and supporting production goals. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
