Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with experience in CAD and G-code programming to join our team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading technical drawings, making programming adjustments, and assisting with general shop duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading technical drawings, making programming adjustments, and assisting with general shop duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
- Utilize CAD software and understand G-code programming for machine operation and adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary offsets or program edits
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional shop tasks such as material handling, assembly, or other production support as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience preferred
- Experience working with CAD programs and G-code required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with other shop duties as needed
