What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
? Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision
components according to blueprints and speci?cations.
? Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect ?nished parts to verify accuracy,
consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
? Maintenance: Perform routine machine cleaning and upkeep to ensure optimal
performance and safety.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, work e ectively with
your team, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Quali?cations:
? CNC machine operation experience preferred (training provided for motivated
candidates)
? Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills
? Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Skills:
? Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of basic machine operation and ability to
troubleshoot simple issues helps ensure smooth production.
