CNC Operator -
1st Shift - Up to $22/hr - Dexter, MI

Responsibilities:
- Produce quality parts and maintain production levels.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform troubleshooting.
- Perform basic cleaning, oiling, and general maintenance on CNC machines and inspection boxes.
- Continuously stock machines with production materials.
- Change tools, drills, and inserts as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use micrometers (o.d., i.d., calipers) with precision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year CNC experience.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Skilled at reading blueprints and micrometers.
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing quality parts, maintaining production levels, troubleshooting machine issues, and performing basic maintenance. You will ensure machines are stocked and tools are changed as needed while following blueprints and using precision measuring tools. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
