CNC Mill Operator, $16/hour – Grand Haven, Michigan

Qualifications:
● Previous experience operating CNC milling machines in a production or job shop environment ● Comfortable setting up and running parts with minimal supervision
● Comfortable working independently and on your feet for extended periods
Skills:
● Strong understanding of CNC programming basics and tool offsets
● Skilled in setting up jobs, changing tools, and adjusting machine parameters
● Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for quality
As a CNC Mill Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and running CNC milling machines to produce metal components according to tight tolerances. You’ll also inspect parts, make minor program adjustments, and keep detailed production records.
