Responsibilities for the CNC Operator:

- Operate, set up, and program CNC machines to produce parts that meet detailed specifications and tight tolerances
- Interpret and execute complex technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files with precision
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve production efficiency and reduce cycle times
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of machinery, addressing technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
- Conduct in-depth inspections of finished components using precision measuring tools
- Lead efforts to maintain and improve production workflows, recommending enhancements to equipment, tooling, and processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance
Key Qualifications for CNC Operator:

- Extensive experience (3+ years preferred) as a CNC Operator in a precision manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in CNC programming, including G-code and CAD/CAM software
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling for a variety of applications
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work within tight tolerances and complex specifications
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality assurance standards and inspection techniques
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Preferred Skills for CNC Operator:

- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
