CNC Operator - 1st Shift

Job Summary
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for an opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality machined parts while ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
What You'll Be Doing
- As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Making adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspecting finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
In addition, you will also be expected to troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNC operating experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments
