In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving materials to production, packaging finished goods to customer specifications, and supporting overall plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

As a Material Handler/Packer, your core responsibilities will include:

- Material Handling: Receive products for assembly and move materials throughout the plant as needed
- Packaging: Package finished goods for safe transport according to customer-specific requirements
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and powered industrial truck to transport materials
You may also assist in various areas of the plant, including machine operation and case goods, while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and managers.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily and perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, and twisting
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a drug screening and physical
Skills:
- Ability to read a measuring tape
- Strong attention to detail and safe working habits
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions and procedures
