Job Summary

seeking an experienced
CNC Operator
to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision aluminum components, ensuring quality parts and on-time delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CNC experience who thrives in a detail-oriented, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities for the CNC Operator
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce aluminum components to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
- Set up machines and tools for production runs
- Monitor machining processes for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Follow safety standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes
Key Qualifications for the CNC Operator
- Minimum of
2 years of CNC Operator experience
, preferably in aluminum fabrication
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills for the CNC Operator
- Experience with CNC programming and setup
- Hands-on experience with
Haas machines
- Knowledge of
Mastercam
software
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
