Job Summary
We are hiring a CNC Operator for our Weekend 3rd Shift. In this role, you will run production to ensure high-quality parts and on-time delivery. This position works 36 hours per week but is paid for 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce aluminum components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
- Set up machines and tools for production runs
- Monitor the machining process for quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in aluminum fabrication
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Experience with Haas machines and Mastercam
