Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam and BobCAD software to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and opportunities for hire-in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing and creating CNC programs for various machining operations, ensuring that production runs efficiently and meets all required specifications. Your core responsibilities may include:
- Program Development: Develop CNC programs using Mastercam and BobCAD for a variety of CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.).
- Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and blueprints to create precise, optimized tool paths.
- Setup & Configuration: Set up and configure CNC machines, ensuring proper tool selection, calibration, and machine setup.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug existing CNC programs to optimize machining performance.
- Quality & Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and machinists, ensure high-quality standards are maintained, and work to reduce cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in CNC programming using Mastercam and BobCAD software.
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machining operations.
- Familiarity with various CNC machines and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred Qualifications (Not required): Associate’s degree or certification in CNC programming, experience with multi-axis CNC programming, or familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Fusion 360.
