Job Summary
 Would you like to work for a company that designs and builds custom and standard hydraulic manifolds for the fluid power industry? We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used to machine hydraulic manifolds and related components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience with CNC programming software, and the ability to work closely with machinists to improve efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
 • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling operations
 • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create accurate machining programs
 • Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
 • Work closely with machinists and production staff during machine setup and first-run verification
 • Troubleshoot programming or machining issues and make adjustments as needed
 • Maintain and organize program files and documentation
 • Identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle times
 • Ensure all processes meet quality standards and production requirements
 • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Key Qualifications
 • Previous CNC programming experience required
 • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
 • Experience with CNC milling centers and multi-axis machining
 • Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming principles
 • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 • Ability to collaborate effectively with machinists and production teams
 • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
 • Experience programming parts for hydraulic manifolds or similar precision components
 • Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, and machining processes
 • Experience supporting machine setup and process improvement initiatives
 • Hilo (forklift) experience is a plus
