CNC Programmer

Temporary CNC Programmer

Location: Greenville, MI   Shift: 1st shift   Pay: Depends on Experience 

Duration: 1 Month (Temporary) 

Position Summary: We are seeking a temporary CNC Programmer for a 1-month assignment to complete and validate CNC programs across multiple machines and tables. This role will focus on finalizing program development, implementing proper revision control, and ensuring all files are stored and managed within our SolidWorks PDM vault. A significant portion of this work must be completed hands-on at the CNC machines to run, test, and validate programs.

 
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and finalize CNC programs using MasterCAM.
• Run and validate each CNC program directly on machines and tables to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize programs during live machine testing.
• Implement and maintain proper revision control of all programs.
• Store and manage all programs within SolidWorks PDM vault.
• Utilize SolidWorks for file organization and integration with PDM.
• Ensure all completed programs are fully production-ready. 

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in MasterCAM programming.
• Strong experience with SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
• Hands-on CNC machine setup, operation, and program validation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and revision control discipline.
• Ability to work independently and complete work within a tight timeline.
