CNC Shift Lead, $25.00+/per hour - Muskegon
A local manufacturer that specializes in state of the art CNC Machining is seeking a Supervisor to join their growing team on 2nd Shift! Hours are 2:45pm-1:00am (Monday-Thursday.) Overtime may be required.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Once hired in, benefits available include medical, dental, vision, Short-term disability, Long-term disability, 401k, vacation, paid holidays, and more!
Qualifications:
- Responsible for running production standards and supporting company goals
- Ability to run and troubleshoot CNC machines
- Training of new hires, and keeping staff on task
- Operating equipment as needed and setting a working standard
- Read and analyze blueprints
- Evaluate current production estimates and outputs
Skills:
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Previous machining experience is required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift 75#
