What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Tube Bender Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating a US20 CNC Tube Bender to load, bend, and unload brake lines.
- Selecting and installing the correct die tooling for each setup.
- Loading and verifying bend programs using BendPro G2V3 software.
- Monitoring production runs, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring parts meet precise specifications.
In addition, you will also be expected to inspect parts for quality and accuracy, record production data, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior CNC operating or tube bending experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend data.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Ability to operate and maintain CNC tube bending equipment.
- Familiarity with BendPro G2V3 software or willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
