CNC Tube Bender Operator
Muskegon, MI, $20–$24 per hour (based on experience), 2nd shift
Job Summary
Are you someone who takes pride in producing precision parts and working with advanced CNC machinery? Then come check this place out and make a change! We’re seeking a skilled CNC Tube Bender Operator
to join a growing team in Muskegon. In this role, you’ll operate specialized equipment to produce high-quality brake lines while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety throughout the production process.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a CNC Tube Bender Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating a US20 CNC Tube Bender to load, bend, and unload brake lines
- Selecting and installing the correct die tooling for each machine setup
- Loading and verifying bend programs using BendPro G2V3 software
- Monitoring production runs and making necessary machine adjustments
- Ensuring parts meet precise specifications and quality standards
- Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and consistency
- Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior CNC operating or tube bending experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend data
- Dependable with excellent attendance and strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to operate and maintain CNC tube bending equipment
- Familiarity with BendPro G2V3 software (or willingness to learn)
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
