Job Summary
Are you someone who is skilled with a Hand tools and sanding? We are seeking a Composite Finisher to join our Composite team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of operations by helping efficiently sanding, trimming, and ensuring great quality of product.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Composite Finisher, your core responsibilities will include:
- Using Hand tools, Sanders, blades, square edge, and tape measures.
- Maintaining production flow: Supporting production schedules through organization and teamwork.
- Ensuring workplace safety: Keeping a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
In addition, you will also assist with all production needs, as well as supporting other production tasks based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Clean Criminal background
- Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse setting required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Skills:
- Communication and teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with co-workers and support production goals.
