Concrete Laborer
Muskegon, MI, 1st Shift (7:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday), $16.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that builds quality products from the ground up? We’re seeking Concrete Laborers to join a growing concrete manufacturer in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of production operations, helping create and prepare concrete products that meet customer specifications.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Concrete Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:

Concrete Production: Pouring concrete into molds/forms and engraving or stamping identifying symbols, letters, or numbers as instructed.

Material Handling: Using overhead cranes or forklifts to move, stage, and prepare concrete products for trucks and trailers.

Warehouse Support: Performing general warehouse duties, including staging products and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform general clean-up tasks and ensure all completed products meet quality and customer standards.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

Previous construction or concrete manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively

Ability to read and interpret written procedures, part numbers, and operational instructions

GED or High School Diploma required

Valid driver’s license preferred
Skills:

Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality

Ability to work well in a team environment

Comfort working in a warehouse and production setting
