Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Construction Assembler to join our team in Fremont, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us build and assemble industrial ovens with precision and quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Construction Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:

Assembly Work
: Assemble industrial ovens using hand tools, ensuring all components are properly fitted and secured.
●
Measuring & Layout
: Accurately measure materials and components to support proper construction and assembly.
●
Material Handling
: Lift, move, and position materials weighing between 30–50 lbs. to support production needs.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures and assisting with general shop tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred
● Construction or building experience is a plus
● Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly

Mechanical Aptitude
: Strong mechanical inclination to effectively assemble components and use tools.
