Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $17/hr
- Administrative Support: Answer phones, greet customers, and maintain general office organization in a professional manner.
- Accounting Tasks: Enter packing lists and invoices, manage accounts receivable, and complete daily bank deposits using QuickBooks Online.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain calendars and assist management with day-to-day office needs.
In addition, you will also be expected to adapt to changing priorities and support a dynamic team environment.
- Experience working in an office setting; manufacturing or job shop experience preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
