Workbox Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Rep for Greenville, MI
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Respond promptly and professionally to emails, ensuring all inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Case Follow-Ups: Complete daily follow-ups on open cases, ensuring that all issues are progressing towards resolution efficiently.
- Outbound Communications: Make outbound phone calls to our Refrigeration Technicians in the field to relay important information and updates.
- Support Service Call Center: Provide administrative support to Technical Call Center representatives, assisting with any tasks necessary to enhance service delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of communications and case updates, and generate reports as needed.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Assist in coordinating schedules and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and logistics are managed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain responsive and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
