Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you’ll support customers and sales representatives by responding to inquiries, entering orders accurately, and helping ensure smooth communication throughout the order process.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative, your core responsibilities will include:
● Receive and respond to customer and sales representative inquiries by phone and email
● Accurately enter customer orders and related data into the ERP system
● Provide professional customer service while assisting with order status, questions, and follow-up needs
In addition, you will also be expected to use Microsoft Office software and internal systems to support daily customer service and administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Prior experience with data entry into an ERP system required
● Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred
● Must be comfortable communicating with customers and sales representatives by phone and email
Skills:
● Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
● Comfortable using Microsoft Office software
● Professional communication and customer service skills
● Ability to stay organized and manage multiple inquiries or orders throughout the day
● Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
