Customer Service Representative, $25/Hour –Spring Lake, MI

Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or administrative support
- Ability to use CAD file types (DXF, DWG, STP)
- Prior experience in Sage
- Prior experience in Excel and microsoft office
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and communication
- Comfortable handling customer interactions and scheduling
- Proficient in Excel and organized with documentation and reporting
As a Customer Service Representative, not only will you be the first point of contact for customer service and order processing, but you’ll also assist with invoicing, purchase orders, quality tracking, and internal coordination. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
