ifications:
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with great interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator on the phone and in person
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new systems
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong phone presence and in-person communication skills
- Ability to learn and present product knowledge clearly
- Social media content creation and engagement is a plus
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll greet walk-in customers, answer calls, and support the sales process with professionalism. You’ll help match customers with the right products, keep the showroom organized, and assist with social media as needed. This role can be short- or long-term depending on your work ethic.
