Job Summary
Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy helping customers? We're seeking a Customer Service/Production Tech to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This 1st shift position is perfect for someone who thrives in a versatile environment. Your day will include taking parts orders, shipping orders, answering phones, and working on the production floor as needed to support daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Department Clerk, your core responsibilities will include:
● Customer Service: Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
● Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, effective resolutions
● Parts Assistance: Will be assist with pulling parts and looking parts up in the service department
● Order Management: Take parts orders accurately and efficiently
● Shipping & Receiving: Handle shipping and receiving duties as needed

● Proven customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment on the production floor
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
● Electrical knowledge is a plus!
● This is not a desk or office position - must be comfortable working on the production floor
