Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data integrity, and performing various administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and documents
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as document preparation and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
- Bilingual (language proficiency will be tested)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data management best practices and data quality control
