Workbox Staffing is hiring a Die Setter in Sheridan, MI.
Responsible for complete set-up/change of all assigned jobs. Will provide and maintain proper raw material for each job along with packaging and components. Will assist with new job set-up and pre-dry materials. Will mix material based on process requirements utilizing mixers, and manual mixing. Will clean dryer, loader, and hopper filters, along with grinder while maintaining housekeeping standards. Will assist with breaks. Will assist with monthly inventory cycle count.

Qualifications:
- Good reading and math skills
- Prior material handling experience preferred
- Mechanical abilities preferred
- Ability to obtain a hi-lo license
- Ability to supply own tools
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
- Good performance record
- Must be able to demonstrate competency through testing and job performance after training
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately complete assigned mold changes
- Practice proper housekeeping practices and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with the completion of mold repair sheets as required.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers.
- Participate in 8D problem solving and Continuous Improvement as required.
- Will follow the process manual instructions and production board system.
- Will perform proper material utilization and documentation.
- Will participate in the continuous improvement process.
