to join their skilled team. This is a great opportunity to take on a versatile role in a clean, supportive, and well-organized shop.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay:
Around $20/hr (depending on experience)

Qualifications:
- Prior die setting or machine setup experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret part prints or work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches, gauges, and calipers
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and inspection
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Set up and align dies on thread rolling and fabrication equipment
- Perform wrench-in setups, line up dies, and ensure proper positioning
- Conduct basic inspections to confirm parts meet specifications
- Assist in machine operations and adjustments as needed
- Support minor setups and changeovers
- Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures
- Collaborate with the team to meet quality and production goals
