Location: Norton Shores, MI
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on assembly opportunity? We're seeking an Electric Assembly team member to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for carefully hand assembling electrical components for an older model contract that requires manual assembly rather than automated production.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Electric Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Hand assembling electrical components according to work instructions and production standards
- Placing lenses into sockets with accuracy and consistency
- Inspecting parts throughout the assembly process to ensure quality and proper fit
- Following detailed instructions to meet customer specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
In addition, you will also be expected to report any quality concerns or assembly issues to the appropriate team lead or supervisor.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Quality inspection experience is a plus
- Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
