Electrical Assembler
in Novi, MI to join a team dedicated to improving vehicle safety technology. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an innovative company that values quality, precision, and teamwork.
Shift & Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Experience with electronics or automotive components a plus
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Assemble camera kits including monitors, cameras, wiring harnesses, and accessories according to specifications
- Route, crimp, and connect wiring and cable assemblies, ensuring proper cable management
- Perform functional tests on assemblies to verify proper operation
- Troubleshoot and rework products that fail initial testing
- Inspect in-process and finished goods for cosmetic defects and quality compliance
- Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Assist with material handling, restocking, and inventory tracking
