Job Summary
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, you’ll support the assembly, inspection, and production of printed circuit boards and electronic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electronic Assembly Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
● Electronic Component Assembly: Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and schematics.
● Soldering and Production Support: Perform hand soldering, component placement, and support wave soldering and reflow processes as needed.
● Inspection and Quality Verification: Inspect finished assemblies using microscopes and visual inspection tools to ensure quality and production standards are met.

In addition, you may assist with prototype builds, packaging, testing, and other production-related duties.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
● Experience using hand tools and working with small components is a plus.
● Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards and lead-free/RoHS manufacturing preferred.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to follow assembly instructions and identify defects or inconsistencies.
● Manual Dexterity: Comfortable handling small electronic components and precision tools.
● Teamwork and Reliability: Ability to work efficiently in a production environment both independently and with a team.
