What You'll Be Doing
As an Electronic Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Assembling electronic components and wire harnesses according to work instructions.
- Producing quality parts while meeting production and on-time completion standards.
- Verifying job setups and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Completing daily labor tracking and documentation as required.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with training new team members when directed, attend production-related training classes, promote teamwork, and keep your work area clean and organized at the end of each shift.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in electronic assembly or wire harness processing preferred.
- Ability to read and use a ruler or measuring tools accurately.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support others.
