Fabricator, $21–$23/hr – Taylor, MI – 1st Shift

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding (stainless and mild steel).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools (bandsaws, drill press, lathe – training provided).
- Must bring own welding helmet.
Skills:
- Strong welding ability, especially on 304 stainless (16 & 11 gauge) and mild steel (1/4" to 3/8").
- Comfortable assembling custom machinery from scratch.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
As a Fabricator, you’ll be building custom bagging machines used in industries like coffee, cannabis, and jerky. You’ll handle TIG and MIG welding, read blueprints, and use hand tools to assemble precision equipment. The shop environment is industrial and hands-on—but the culture is family-oriented, fun, and deeply supportive. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
