Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating metal working machines
- Experience with fabrication (welding, riveting, soldering)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to read, and comprehend engineering drawings, sketches, and work specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Must have at least 1-3 years of fabrication experience
- Leadership skills and ability to work well with others
- Mechanically inclined
In this is role, candidates will be working closely with the shop foreman learning the work and shop environment. This position will require operating metal working machines and fabricating products through welding, soldering, and riveting. The company is looking for an experienced fabricator who wants to transition full-time and grow within the company.
