Facilities Maintenance Associate
to join our team in
Plymouth, MI
. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-kept facility that supports daily operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Facilities Maintenance Associate,
your core responsibilities will include:
- Facility Cleaning & Upkeep: Maintaining overall facility cleanliness to ensure a safe and professional environment.
- Floor Scrubber Operation: Operating a floor scrubber as a primary duty to keep floors clean and well-maintained.
- Trash Removal: Removing trash and ensuring proper disposal throughout the facility.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform light maintenance tasks as needed to support facility operations.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Prior facilities cleaning experience required
- Proven experience operating a floor scrubber (this is a main duty)
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Capable of lifting and removing trash as needed
Skills:
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and dependability are essential for maintaining facility standards.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for cleanliness and organization to ensure the facility stays in top shape.
- Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
