Location: Norton Shores, MI Pay: $17.50 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on assembly opportunity? We're seeking a Final Assembly team member to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll be performing circuit board assembly using hand tools, with some soldering involved. This position requires strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset to ensure parts are assembled accurately and meet production standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Final Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
Assembling circuit boards and electrical components according to work instructions
Using hand tools to complete detailed assembly tasks
Performing some soldering as needed
Inspecting completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper fit
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area
In addition, you will also be expected to report any quality concerns, defects, or assembly issues to the appropriate supervisor or team lead.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Previous experience with technology, circuit boards, or electrical handling is highly preferred
Previous soldering experience is a plus
Quality inspection experience is a plus
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work with accuracy
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good hand dexterity
Quality-focused mindset
Ability to use basic hand tools
Reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
