Finish Carpenter/2nd shift, Madison Heights MI

Qualifications:
Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to lift to 50lbs.
Ability to stand through the whole shift.
Able to do repetitive work.
Skills:
Ability to use a variety of woodworking tools including routers, table saws, sliding table saws, power drills, nailers, and sanders.
Experience reading and following shop drawings and written directions.
Experience reading and following shop drawings and written directions.
Ability to measure and cut materials with accuracy (including plywood, MDF, hardwoods, and plastic).
Understanding of wood species and quality control.
Experience with basic tool maintenance and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

The ideal candidate for this position will be skilled in finishing carpentry and proficient with saws and power tools. Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Have an eye for detail and strong understanding of quality control. Have a positive attitude and be willing to collaborate in a team-oriented setting. If you have experience with signage or graphics materials, that’s a plus. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
