Looking for a change of scenery? Look no further! We’re seeking Finisher to join a growing Spring Lake manufacturer that specializes in buffing and polishing metal parts for a variety of industries. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on, team-oriented environment with room to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Finisher, your core responsibilities will include:
- Grinding metal parts according to customer specifications
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Buffing and polishing metal components
- Packing completed parts into crates or bins for shipment
- Following all operational procedures and safety guidelines
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous buffing, polishing, or grinding experience required
- Ability to follow written procedures and operational instructions
Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret part numbers and instruction sheets
- Team-oriented mindset
Schedule & Work Environment
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday
- Overtime may be required
