1st shift-Fitter Welder, /Pay based on Experience Ft. Wayne, IN

Kickstart your welding career with a leading manufacturer that is seeking a skilled Fitter /Welder to join their small but mighty team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Qualifications:
 • High school diploma or GED required
 • TIG/MIG welding certification or technical training preferred
 • Minimum 5 years of welding experience
 • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, supply welding helmet, and have your own tools
 • Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
 • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Skills:
 • Proficiency in welding various metals
 • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
 • Ability to inspect welds visually and with precision tools | able to weld various metals including carbon, stainless steel and aluminum
 • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
 • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 • Effective communicator and team player
 • Able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
