Job Summary
Are you a skilled and detail-oriented welder looking for a new opportunity with a great work-life balance? We're seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This company offers a 3-day weekend and competitive pay, specializing in stainless steel cabinetry used by airlines across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Central and South America. What You'll Be Doing
As a MIG/TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
● Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG and TIG welding to create structurally sound and visually clean welds.
● Quality Inspection: Inspect welds to ensure they meet company standards and structural integrity requirements.
● Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to accurately produce high-quality products.
● Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
● Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG and TIG welding to create structurally sound and visually clean welds.
● Quality Inspection: Inspect welds to ensure they meet company standards and structural integrity requirements.

In addition, you’ll collaborate with your team to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of superior products.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
● Welding experience (MIG and TIG required)

● Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
